Costs

TCC Day Camp
TCC Day Camp planned will be conducted June 6-8, 2023. Cost for these three days is $75.00 per camper. Canteen and craft purchases are in addition to the camp registration fee. Day camp is limited to 60 day campers.

For the other 6 weeks of TCC
The fee is $250.00 for one week of camp (or $200.00 for a camper registered and paid in full by June 7, 2023). This includes...

  1. Housing in a cabin with bunks for 9 people, including a counselor.
  2. Three wholesome meals a day prepared at camp by our cooks.
  3. A 2023 edition TCC t-shirt for each camper.
  4. Bible classes taught by capable Christian teachers.
  5. Profitable recreation and wholesome entertainment including; basketball, volleyball, softball, tether ball, horse shoes, ping pong, putt-putt golf, checkers, badminton, and swimming (separate swim times for boys and girls).
  6. Supervision of all activities by experienced, trained camping personnel.
  7. Campers should bring additional money for crafts, the canteen, and sometimes funds will be collected for special events, activities, or group food purchases. The directors of each week can give a good estimate if you need help deciding how much to send with your camper.

Financial

The cost this year is $250.00 per week. There will be a $50 discount applied to all applications that are received and paid in full by June 7, 2023 for a discounted fee of $200.00. All applications received after June 7, 2023 will owe $250.00. Full payment is required to make a reservation. Reservations cannot be made without full payment. If you are unable to attend, the camp fee will be refunded if you notify us at least ten days in advance of the week you planned to attend. Cancellations within 10 days of camp forfeit $50 of camp fees unless extenuating circumstances are involved. These will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Applications are accepted online on a first-come-first served basis. Full capacity each week is 48 boys and 48 girls. Correspondence or payments by check/money order should be addressed to:
