Applications

 

For Campers:

The cost this year is $200.00 per week. Included in this amount is one TCC t-shirt for every camper. There will be a $50 discount applied to all applications that are received by June 7, 2021 and paid in full by that date. Therefore the discounted camp fee is $150.00 per week. Full payment must be received to reserve your week(s) of camp. If you are unable to attend, the camp fee will be refunded if you notify us ten days in advance of the week you planned to attend. Cancellations within 10 days of the registered week of camp will forfeit $50 of the camp fee. Extenuating circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Applications are accepted on a first-come-first served basis. Space each week is limited to half capacity which is 24 boys and 24 girls.

NOTICE: All cabin assignments will be made at check-in. Please do not make cabin assignment requests before check-in. All applicants who are too old to go to camp in a particular week will be put on a waiting list and will be allowed to go to camp if there is room after age appropriate campers are registered.

All campers must have one 2021 Release and Hold Harmless form signed by a parent/guardian on file to participate in camp activities. Any medications and their use should be recorded on the TCC Health Form also included below.
